Why so MUCH ACTIVITY, jOLAN pOTTER oF cIOCCA hYUNDAI, WILLIAMSPORT pa ORCHESTRATED THE EVENT TO HARDWIRED A TRACKING DEVICE INTO MY VEHICLE. i AM STALKED AND MONITORED 24/7. I did not approve of this. this was an act of malice. on the p[aperwork he handed me, in his own words he wrote, remove the tracking device. in stead, he installed a better one.
these nothings that follow me around and monitor me are just nothings. they are tracking me by satelite to an app on their phones, paired with the tracking device in the vehicle. i am followed everywhere, and mechanics and auto dealerships are advised, DO NOT REMOVE THE TRACKING DEVICE.
does this tracking device have a kill switch? what do you think you will gain from following me everywhere?
when jolan gave me back my keys after having my veicle in his repair bay for 2-1/2 hours, claimed they didn’t do anything, but gave me an estimate for over 2000.00, for what? well, the damage they did to the vehicle cost over 3000.00 in repairs, and i am monitored, no mechancis or dealerships are permitted to remove the tracking device. when i tried to get into the dashboard my self, i was burned with radiation beams. IN MY OWN DRIVEWAY.

todays date is 4-26-23, I am making this entry now, because a threat has cropped up, and it should be public.

I made an ppointment for 4-10-23 to have the tires rotated. On the way, i thought, gee, i did’t get bombarded with text and email rwminders, maybe i should call, sure enough someone changed my appointment. ok, not me, this is typical for the perps to change n appointment to exactly 1 month later, so it wold seem like i just wrote down the wrong month, but this is the third appointment they’ve used that tactic, and that set off the immediate warning. I wanted to talk to Jolan, and he was not there. they said he would be away a while,so the appontment was rescheduled for the 23rd.
on 4-18-23, i went to Ciocca hyundai williamsport to have the tires rotated. I was told at a previous service, that it would take extra time because the rust inside the hub caps that makes it impossible to get the tools in to turn the lug nuts, so i expected a 1-1/2- 2 hour stay.
in the waiting room, you can watch them work on your car on a monitor. my car was at the very farthest service bay, and a car was always up on a lift blocking it. not a concern, but thinking back, that is exactly what jack williams in honesdale did when the tampered with my vehicle. a ittle side note on the jack williams tampering. emplyee Zak is involved in the harassment, and knows what they did to my vehicle while it was there.
a few days afterwards, i was at shoprite in daleville, and a bunch of peopke came and hanged around the vehicle (blocking cameras), and the camera in the my window was turned on. a man wearing a hoodie walked up, and i could hear a metal on metal sound. the metal sound stopped, and the man walked away sliding something into his jacket, his face was perfectly clear on the video when he was walking up to the car. he was there for 1 minutes and 17 seconds. not enough time to go into a store. my vehicle was the purpose for his visit. my guess, someone didn;t want to be arrested for murder, so they backed out.
anyway, i was busy with paperwork at ciocca, and didn’t watch.
remembering when i pulled into the parking lot a typical gang stalking perp was there to tag me in the parking lot.
pulling into the building, Jolan was back. somehow this is disturbing, but i don’t know why. they worked on my vehicle for 2-1/2 hours.
Jolan comes to me and hands me an estimate for nearly 2000.00 in work. and claims it wasnt worth rotating the tires, and the caliper on the right rear is hanging up, and it might be a safety issue. My cdl training came to mind, I understand calipers, they were not hanging up when i arrived at ciocca. I know what that feels like when i’m driving.
I pulled out of the parking lot, and it was like i had square wheels. yes, that’s calipers. i also noticed, that the chime is working. now that chime has not worked in 5 years. why would they tamper with the chime to make it work to rotate tires.
the ride home was dangerous. i crept along at around 40 mph mostly in 60 zones, because i felt a turn could cause me to lose control of the vehicle.
i made it home, and see, my back tires are tilted out, and the inside of my tires is wore down to thread. they were not like that when i went to ciocca.
they screwed with the alignment enough to cause lost control, and the calipers also.
now the chime. why did they mess with the chime. I was aware that there was a tracking device under my vehicle. it was video taped at Aldis in towanda pa, in the parking lot. case # i won’t mention, there were 3 men involved.
i told ciocca to remove the tracking device.
jolan says there’s no tracking device,, well, my guess is that they removed the magnetic one and hard wired one into the chime wire. so then thinking, the first time they hardwired a tracking device in my van, i was shot at on rte 84 in bloomingdale pa. state police would not permit me to file an incident report, in fact the officers waked through the lobby while i was waiting, and they laughed at me. although there was numerous calls to 911 about someone littering the roadway just before the shooting. yes, the roadway was marked at the site of the shooting. having the vehicle serviced at Edw. J. Schwarz chevy in honesdale pa, they removed the device from the vehicle. confirmed they hacked into my onstar. a couple times, i was able to hear onstar communication that was not mine. attempted murder covered up by the pa state police.
so now, for no reason, and no request from me, they accessed the wires to the chime. my questions is,
is it a tracking device, is it going to detonate ! hey jolan? you didn’t want to go to prison the second time, you want to go now?
for the record, this was a planned incident, it had to be carried out while Jolan was working.
insurance claim was filed to repair the damage to the back end from ciocca, who is going to do the wire chase to find this device?
saving for posterity, the current threat appears to be a planned shooting, or maybe an explosion.

This is not the first time for this gal taking part in stalking and setting me up. Currently, the camera is charging, so i can’t post a picture right now, but i want to make this entry. dark gray BMW. female, caucasion, dark hair. I will not expand any further on her details. Next i went to Tops at Bradford centre. when i pulled into the regular handicapped spot as always, i notice 2 crusty fellas, recognizing them from previous, and their actions, as a threat. i got their pictures, and License plate NY plate HHR-8991. again people and plates noted on other video tapes. I didn’t stay, i knew they were planning on vandalizing the vehicle again, so i took pictures and left. drove about a mile down the road, and came back to find they were gone. Seeing the store manager, they were on camera, arriving just minutes before me, (when i was at the local pack and send), and never went into the store, they left 74 seconds after i left the parking lot. On the store camera, there appears to be a third person involved, likely a lookout. another vehicle of suspicion is PA Plate LDW-8570.

10/25/22 actuallky parked along sid eof me and followed me into the store. follwed me around the store. commonly when the scum keeps such close tabs on me, they are vandalizing the car or the house. i’ll check the cams, and know who file charges against. cameras don’t lie

12/11/22 large white suv, pa plate, male balding, parks alongside of the house, and tries his device to blank out the cams. gets out of his vehicle, and walks around the far side, and he’s messing with an electronic device.
one cam was blanked out, the other cams are not. this is an escalade, or a large suburban type. all white blacked out windows. he had a urpose, if i’m found dead, it was not suicide. this guy had a reason for being here. he is not local. he was out of place, and no good reason for a vehicle to stop there. even if he was trying to make a phone call. there is not cell signal there.
i walked over there, and there’s no footprints going away from the vehicle. his purpose was an electronic device.

military recently got involved in the harassment and torment when dr muir of clarks summit pa asked what do i do for a living. i told him, although i thought it was odd, i cast conrete dogs, and he doesn’t even have a dog, but insisted on knowing where i sell. insisted on knowing my website.

6/30/2023, was stalked, monitored and followed right into a parking lot by this critter. License Plate PA ZMK-2958. followed me right into the parking lot, and turned around and puled out, he did his job. I did mine adding him to the affadavit.
And then on the way home, 2-6/30/2023, i was followed by this seemed to get a thrill messing with me, so i felt obligated to pull over and video tape him and he tried to get away before the camera was aimed, PA Plate LPC-3139.
